Katherine accepts briefs in all criminal, quasi-criminal and disciplinary matters. She also accepts briefs in relation to public enquiries, coronial inquests and Children’s Court proceedings.
Katherine graduated from the University of Canberra in 2012 with a Bachelor of Forensic Studies and First Class Honours in Law.
Katherine was the recipient of the ACT Women’s Lawyers Prize for being the top female law graduate.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Katherine was Senior Associate to the Honourable Justice Beale in the Supreme Court of Victoria (Trial Division). Katherine has also worked as a registry lawyer in the Court of Appeal Registry and as Senior Associate to Judicial Registrar Pedley.
Katherine is a Senior Fellow of the University of Melbourne Law School where she teaches Advanced Evidence Law in the Law Masters Program.

Christopher has a general public law and common law practice. He accepts briefs in matters involving administrative law (judicial review and merits review), public inquiries, major torts, personal injuries, professional liability, disciplinary proceedings, and class actions.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Christopher had an extensive public law practice, regularly representing clients in proceedings in the Federal Court, the Victorian Supreme Court and the High Court.
Christopher was a Senior Lawyer with the Australian Government Solicitor (AGS), representing clients such as the Minister for Immigration & Border Protection, the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA), the Australian Communications & Media Authority, the Departments of Foreign Affairs & Trade Prime Minister & Cabinet, and Health & Human Services.
Christopher has acted for Government clients in relation to legal professional privilege and public interest immunity disputes, and is qualified to act in matters involving highly confidential, sensitive and protected information.
