10 October 2018, Constantinos Kilias appointed as Magistrate of Court of Victoria.
Constantinos Kilias has almost three decades’ experience as a barrister, mainly in criminal matters, appearing regularly in the Supreme, County and Magistrates’ courts, and in coronial inquests.
Prior to joining the Bar, Mr Kilias worked as a solicitor at Hall & Wilcox, Swersky McPhee, and Zervos & Co.
Mr Kilias has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. Constantinos Kilias has been a member of the Victorian Bar for a total of more than 29 years. He signed the Bar Roll in November 1989.
