Piria first qualified with the New South Wales Bar Association in 2013 and has also been invited to train under the auspices of the Australian Bar Association Advocacy Training Council.
Piria advises and appears in civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts and tribunals, including interstate appearance, advice, and opinion work in Norfolk Island and NSW.
For contested matters, Piria provides practical advice and crafts her advocacy to suit the situation. She interprets legal and evidentiary aspects of briefs effectively, often at short notice.
