Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT)
- Proceedings concerning the Director of Housing in the Residential Tenancies List.
- Guardianship proceedings.
- Anti-Discrimination and Human Rights List matters.
County Court of Victoria
- Matters arising under the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997.
Coroner’s Court of Victoria
- Appeared for the Department of Health and Human Services in the Inquest into the death of Luke Batty
- Appeared for a party during a four day inquest into the death of a child. Finding into the death of Felix Hua
Magistrates’ Court of Victoria
- Criminal proceedings for a Local Government authority arising under the Domestic Animals Act 1994 and various infringements.
Family Court of Australia
- Matters arising under the Hague Convention (International Child Abduction)
- Parenting orders.
