Amy Peek has experience in both criminal and commercial law matters. She read with Sally Flynn and her senior mentor was Rowena Orr QC.
In criminal law, Amy accepts both prosecution and defence briefs. She also appears in IVO applications, Mental Health Tribunal hearings, guardianship matters and child protection cases.
Amy also acts in compensation hearings, with particular experience in the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal.
In addition, Amy accepts briefs in property and planning law. She also appears in other commercial matters, including contract disputes, corporations law and fraud.
Amy is currently working on her Indictable Crime Certificate.
Senior Associate to the Honourable Justice Hollingworth at the Supreme Court of Victoria. While at the court, she sat with Her Honour in diverse criminal proceedings, including electronic trials and white collar prosecutions.

Amy also has a Masters in Italian history and has taught at the University of Melbourne.
